On Track with Equus offers a unique learning experience for corporate clients and individuals. Through experiential learning techniques that utilize horses for mirroring and feedback, participants will gain firsthand experience with self-empowerment, true leadership, and incredibly effective communication. Participants leave the workshop equipped with practical skills that can be put into practice for immediate results.

On Track with Equus encompasses training in leadership, communication, interpersonal relationship development, authenticity, and team building. The training is highly interactive, led by a facilitator who is skilled in both horsemanship and success coaching, and assisted by equine partners. No experience with horses is necessary to effectively participate in this program.

This is the perfect program for anyone desiring to enhance their effectiveness in interacting with people and, thus, increase their success in life and business. Programs are designed to build individual effectiveness and team synergy, and can be customized to the specific needs of an organization.

Leadership - Become an effective leader for a 1,000-pound animal using body language and energy, then learn to apply this skill to humans. Become a calm, assertive, compassionate leader to whom people naturally gravitate.
Communication - Communication is 93% non-verbal. Learn to effectively communicate solely through body language, gestures, and controlling energy levels. Greatly enhance all communication with this skill.
Relationships - Learn to remain calm and centered in the face of any challenge. Become aware of what others need from you in the present, free of baggage from the past or concern for the future.

Authenticity - You are strongest and most effective when being your authentic self. Identify inner truths and eliminate the "stories" that don't serve you well.

Team Building - Work as a cohesive team like never before! Understand how you communicate with and affect others, what others need from you at any given moment, and how to effectively contribute to positive group energy.
